We are proud to celebrate the achievements of Quality Engineer, Steven Wensley, Lead Manufacturing Engineer, Christopher Hannon and Production Supervisor, Richard Jardine who have successfully completed the prestigious Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Programme.
Delivered in partnership between the Centre for Competitiveness (CforC) and the William J. Clinton Leadership Institute at Queen’s University Belfast, this 16 day intensive programme is designed to equip manufacturing supervisors and emerging leaders with the skills needed to thrive in today’s rapidly evolving industry.
Participants gain hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of leadership and management disciplines, including design thinking, industry 4.0 techniques, finance and strategy. With a strong focus on practical application, the programme helps leaders to boost efficiency, drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
