SAM completes acquisition of JW Kane Engineering
Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing Pte Ltd (SAM) has completed its acquisition of JW Kane Precision Limited in 2019.
The acquisition of JW Kane, being a company incorporated and domiciled in Northern Ireland, strengthens and expands SAM’s global operations and presence in the United Kingdom and Europe.
